<p style="text-align: left;">I like lists&#8211;lots and lots of lists. In fact, I am the queen of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.3m.com/us/office/postit/" target="_blank">post-it</a> notes (see image below).  I use post-its for all the major to-do&#8217;s in my life and this multi-note organization system usually works wonders.  However, sometimes I lose one of my notes and I wonder why I don&#8217;t keep my information stored in one place.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">That&#8217;s why I was excited when I read about <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.jott.com" target="_blank">Jott.com</a> in the January issue of <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.realsimple.com">Real Simple</a>.  Jott.com is a personal transcription service that allows you to leave a voice message of the important things that you need to do.  The message you leave is then transcribed to text and e-mailed over to you within five minutes. <em>Note: The service <a rel="nofollow" href="http://jott.com/jott/get-started.html" target="_blank">costs</a> anywhere from $3.95 to $12.95 a month</em></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I think this is a great idea! Not only could it help alleviate my post-it addiction, but it might also save me during those annoying situations when I find myself without a pen to <em>jot</em> down something I don&#8217;t want to forget.   I haven&#8217;t tried the service out, but thought it was so smart that I had to share it with you.  If you&#8217;ve used this service, please leave a comment and let me know what you think.</p>
