We are so excited to have Katie from the Twin Stripe share her DIY Party Favor from her husband’s Beer Tasting Bash birthday party!

Beer Birthday Bash: Beer Bread Party Favor

Last weekend I hosted a beer tasting birthday bash for my husband’s 30th birthday. Tiny Prints of course had the perfect invite for such the occasion, the beer flight invite. Guests sampled five different beers from North Carolina, where we live, in custom pint glasses and munched on pretzel necklaces. See all of the details from the event on my blog Twin Stripe.

We were lucky enough to have guests visiting from five different states. I wanted to make sure everyone knew how grateful we were for everyone coming so I put together jars of beer bread mix in mason jars. Many people were flying, so I needed something that could easily travel and be a fun memory of the party.

To make beer bread party favors, you will need quart-sized mason jars plus the ingredients for the mixture. I used this beer bread mix from allrecipes.com because it was easy to put together, all ingredients were sold at the grocery store.

To dress the jars up, I added a Tiny Prints Triumphant Moment tag in coffee to the front of the jar. I loved how easy they were to customize with our own personal message. I also tied a bow around the lid and added a quick instruction card to the lid of the jar. Our guests loved the favors and I am glad everyone was able to take home a special memory of the party.
