Halloween is nearly upon us! Are you planning a get-together for the kiddos? This trio of kooky treats is sure to delight all the ghosts and goblins on the block.
- Candy coating
- Food-safe markers and color spray
- Candies for decorating
- Lollipop sticks
Stick your mallows with the lollipop sticks and coat in candy coating or food-safe spray. Then, decorate away! If you use non-edible ingredients, (like googly plastic eyes as we did) just make sure your guests know not to eat those pieces. Monsters, pumpkins, mummies… your options are endless here.
When your marshmallows are decorated, make sure to set them out to dry—we turned over a cardboard box and poked holes for a makeshift drying rack.
- Sugar cones
- Food color spray
Spray your cones and cookies. Once dry, adhere your cone to your cookie with icing and set aside to dry.
Jiggly-Eyed Jello Cups
- Green jello
- Clear cups
- Plastic eyes
Start by gluing your eyes to the cups. Then make your jello, fill the cups and put in the fridge to set.
Viola! Now you have three fun and super easy snacks to make for your Halloween bash. Spooktacularly cute, right?
