We’re so excited to have Katie from View from the Fridge shares her sweet Valentine’s Day project with us!
Below is simple project that adds a fun twist to your traditional Valentine’s Day cards.
You still have plenty of time to make one of your own!
Here’s a quick rundown of the steps:
Step 1: Create a ‘background’ for your subjects.
Step 2: Make white ‘lollipop’ sticks from cardboard tubes covered in white duct tape. Leftover Christmas wrapping paper rolls work perfectly for this!
Step 3: Snap your pictures, and hope your subjects cooperate!
Step 4 (Optional): Edit your picture. Play around with different effects to brighten up the photo or blur the photo edges.
Step 5: Go to Tiny Prints and select your card.
Step 6: Cut a hole in the cards near the top of the ‘lollipop stick’ in the picture.
Step 7: Insert lollipop or other treat on a stick (or lollipop eraser from Target dollar spot if you’re going for the candy-less Valentine).
Step 8: Tape the treat to the back.
Step 9: Deliver to your favorite Valentine!
