Cosmo Recipe: In a shaker, add 3 oz. vodka, 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice, 1 oz. cointreau, 1 oz. fresh lime juice and ice. Shake it up and pour it in your favorite martini glass. I added a sugar rim and lemon peel swirl for garnish.
Champagne Fizz Recipe: Using a shaker, add 1 1/2 oz. gin, 1 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. sugar. Shake well and pour into a champagne flute. Top it off with champagne. Gina also rimmed the glass with agave honey and colored sugar. The agave really made the sugar stick – great tip!
Lavender Sidecar Recipe: In a shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz. bourbon, 1/2 oz. orange liquor, 1 oz. lavender infused honey, 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice, and a dash of orange bitters. Add ice and shake up! She rimmed her glass with purple sugar and poured in her cocktail with a little ice to keep it nice and cold. This one made us feel like we were relaxing in an old, low-lit speakeasy in the 1930′s.
Coco Snowball Recipe: Shake up 2 oz. vanilla stoli, 2 oz. malibu rum, 2 oz. coco lopez (found at BevMo), 1/2 oz. blue curacao and ice. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel swirl. You can also rim the glass with honey and dip into fresh shredded coconut for a real “snowball” effect.
Thin Mint Martini Recipe: In a shaker, combine 2 oz. creme de cacao, 1 oz. creme de menthe, 1 oz. baileys, 1 oz. chilled hot chocolate, 2 1/2 oz. cream, and ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass. She sugared her rim and placed some fresh mint for garnish.
