Jenni from A Well Crafted Party shares her Tapas potluck party inspired by our Popular Potluck invitations.

I love a beautifully designed and printed invitation. I fell in love with the Popular Potluck invitations from Tiny Prints and instantly knew I wanted to use them for an upcoming blogger meet-up that was a Tapas Competition and Wine Tasting. Unfortunately, I didn’t have addresses for all the bloggers being invited. We are such an online community that it didn’t make sense to ask everyone for their mailing address to send out invites.

Never one to underestimate the ability of great paper goods to elevate a party, I wanted to figure out ways to repurpose the potluck invitation to meet my needs. Thankfully, with Tiny Print’s online personalization I was able to put in the text I desired and made the invitations into signs for the party. I ordered matching thank you cards that topped off the goodie bags nicely… pulling the look of the party together and informing guests of all the information that they needed to know.

Since it was a potluck, I wanted to have napkins that matched the event. Tiny Print’s sister site Wedding Paper Divas had personalized beverage napkins in the exact color I needed to coordinate with the rest of the paper goods.

Each of the attendees, all Portland-area food bloggers, brought a tapas dish of their creation to share with the group. I loved how the whole event looked pulled together even though everyone was contributing different dishes.
