Jaël Stéfania Cayemitte from Table 9 Designs shares her friend’s baby shower pictures and the creative way that she used our baby shower gift tags for a unique party favor.

After having 2 boys, I felt that my girlfriend deserved a super-cute, super-pink baby shower to welcome her baby girl. I chose baby bottles filled with baby lotion as favors. I instantly fell in love with all of Tiny Prints Baby Girl themed gift tags, but one in particular demanded attention. The Big Baby Patterns design was perfect for the theme. They dressed the bottles so well! So well, that they were one of the highlights of the Baby Shower.

Having experienced how delighted moms- to-be are when they receive diaper cakes, I knew there was no sparing one at this shower. About 75 diapers were used to create this 3 tiered cake. I purchased pink ruffled and fuchsia polka dot ribbon from my local craft to provide the finishing touch. Pale pink Hydrangeas purchased from NYC’s flower district served as the cake topper.

A pink pom garland was used to adorned the window treatments. I also hung a pink baby princess dress from the garland to complete the look.

Raspberry flavored Ginger Ale with strawberries served in martini glasses was the drink of the day. It tied in so well with the overall theme.

The sweets table included pink gumballs, pink mints, strawberry frosted donuts, and pink swirl lollipops They were displayed in various stylish containers.
