Like most of you, we’ve got the holidays on the brain around here. Let’s face it, when you deal in holiday cards like we do, you can’t help yourself.  So, we got to thinking about some really big holiday thoughts. Mysteries of Christmas types of thought…like “How does Santa get around the world in just one night?” Or “How does he keep track of all of those children and who’s naughty and who’s nice?”

These questions really started getting to us, so we went to the authorities for some answers, children. Because let’s face it, if anyone understands the holidays, it’s kids. For the next few days, we’re going to be sharing some videos of local children giving us their best explanations of how the holidays work. These kids really set us straight…although opinions on the facts seem to vary.

Each day we’ll try to tackle a different topic. We hope you enjoy watching them as much as we enjoyed making them and we would like to invite you to ask your children these important questions. You could win a $100 gift certificate to Tiny Prints in the process.

All you have to do video tape your child answering either of the following questions:

1) Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?
2) How does Santa keep track of who’s naughty and who’s nice?

Once you created the video, you can submit it at your favorite video sharing site (i.e. You Tube) and post a comment in this post and provide a link so we can find it.

Then, each day between now and December 17, we’ll screen all of the submissions and post our favorites here.  On December 18, we’ll pick one winner at random from the posted entries.  The winner will get the $100 gift certificate.

So take out those cameras and let us know what your kids think about the holidays.  We look forward to hearing from you!

In the meantime, here’s our first installment.  Come back each day for additional videos. Today we’re are featuring the daughter and son of a Tiny Prints staffer.  Enjoy!

Very very cute!!! Puts me in the holiday mood – children are the miracle of this month, important to remember with everything that seems to be going wrong this year.

Generally I do not post on blogs, but I would like to say that this post really forced me to do so! Good post.
