Having twins, or more?
In my elementary school class there were three sets of twins. And I often wondered what that would be like. As a kid, I thought it would be cool to have a sibling in general but a twin, that would be awesome. As an adult, I try to imagine what it would be like to be a mother of twins.
One of my favorite television shows is, “Jon and Kate Plus 8.” This is a reality show in which a couple first has a set of twin girls and then later has sextuplets (6 babies, 3 boys, and 3 girls)! If you ever wondered what that would be like, I recommend watching. Like the mother of 8, Kate has said in several episodes if you think having one or two is hard, trying having 8! Imagine multiplying everything you need by 8, eight times as much diapers, baby wipes, formula, etc!
If you’re having or just had twins or multiples, congratulations! It’s a lot of work but I bet well worth it. Everyone adores multiples and are fascinated by them. Why not send your friends and family pictures of your new family with cards especially made for twins and multiples?
