We are thrilled to announce that our own Laura Ching, Co-Founder and Chief Merchandising Officer, has been nominated for the 2010 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award! We couldn’t be more excited for her and wanted to share this exciting news with our readers and community.

What this nomination means to Laura:

“I am extremely humbled to be recognized among a group of standout female entrepreneurs in the Silicon Valley. Beyond any personal achievement though, I feel that this nomination is truly just a reflection of the hard work and success to date that our company has achieved together as a team—that’s what makes it most special and meaningful for me.”

Each year, Women’s Initiative for Self Employment, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit microenterprise training and funding organizations in the country, honors women throughout the Bay Area with the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award for their business success, impact on the local community, innovation and mentorship of other women.

The nominations will be reviewed by a local independent panel of business leaders and winners announced in August. Winners will then be honored at one of five regional celebratory events in early October.

You can help us let the panel of judges know that Tiny Prints is supported by its community by endorsing Laura here!
