You Tell Us: Chic Baby Shoes
I’m a shoe fanatic, so when I saw these tiny lambswool baby moccasins, I absolutely fell in love! What I didn’t love was the price–this array of chic shoes for your infant will run you anywhere from $26 (for the Vans) to $160 (for the gladiator sandals from ModernChild). Anne Geddes even offers Italian leather shoes that are handmade and imported just for your little “pre-walkers.” That kind of quality is worth the price, I’m sure–but is it too much for an infant? You tell us!

those vans are adorable. but since babies grow so fast, i would say that spending $100+ for shoes that won’t last very long is silly. however, if you can find cute & affordable shoes, then why not?

I think that it is a little bit ridiculous because kids grow so fast anyway that it might not be worth the cost.

I agree with Lea. If you have the $, why not. Otherwise, kids grow so fast, these shoes would be out of size before they are out of fashion. In other words real fast.

When you spend that much on little feet that may only squeeze into them for a couple of months a purchase like that is for the parents only. The child sure isn’t going to appreciate the shoes. Cute though!

Get real! No one should be wasting that kind of money on baby shoes! If you have money to spare, give it to charities that help needy children.
