Your kids will undoubtedly have questions about the electoral process as a result of all this coverage, including concerns over who these men are, what they stand for and why people become so heated when they discuss how to take care of our country.
Do you engage in political conversations with your kids? What have you found to be the best way to teach your children about politics and elections? How do you handle tricky, more controversial topics? You tell us!

i think that even if you dont engage, your children will tend to semi-understand your beliefs or at least know who you support. i remember in grade school they used to make us vote in mock elections and it was often a great indicator of how our parents were voting.
