We are so thrilled to have Kristi with us on the blog today. She took the hot season trend of florals and created this Mother’s Day gift basket using her floral free printables and Tiny Prints personalized gifts. What a gorgeous Mother’s Day gift idea to show mom how special she is to you.
Mother’s Day will be here before you know it, so now is a great time to start thinking about gift ideas. Moms can be hard to buy for, but personalized gifts are a sure thing. This spring inspired gift basket I put together is one-of-a-kind … just like mama!
When designing this gift basket I was inspired by the gorgeous floral patterns that are dotting runways and homes alike. Florals are everywhere right now and are totally on trend.
To make the basket I used the bottom of a white box and adorned it with a ribbon. To give the goodies some height inside, I created a base for the products to stand on that I inserted into the box. Believe it or not, I made the base out of the Tiny Prints foam canvas packaging and wrapped it with some teal colored tissue paper. Yay for green DIYing!
For the goodies, I started with two floral canvases that mom can use to update her home for spring. To make them, I used the big photo 8 x 10 canvas from Tiny Prints.
Next, I included a matching notebook. My theory is no one can ever have enough notebooks.
I also added a “spring” acrylic photo block. I seriously love the quality of these. They are just gorgeous. Mom can display this in her house all season long. It will totally brighten up her space.
Many moms wouldn’t survive parenting without coffee, so I couldn’t resist making a spring inspired mug for mama.
Finally, I adorned the basket with an ornament. Mama can use this as a napkin wrap. She can use it as an ornament. Or really she can adorn anything she can think of.
I hope this Mother’s Day basket gets your wheels turning when thinking of a gift for mom. I am extra excited about this Mother’s Day because I am expecting. I have butterflies in my stomach just thinking about it.
To make these products, I simply uploaded my designs and placed them on the products using the personalize button. I left any text options blank.
