From clothes to toys, nursery trends and beyond, Tiny Prints co-founder and design leader Laura is always on the lookout for the best baby buys. Check out her top picks for little one…

It’s been a while since I last blogged, but I’m happy to report some things haven’t changed. The merchandising team here at Tiny Prints is still crazy about paper—and the baby boom continues in our department! Come by the office on any given day and you may be lucky enough to see a little one decked out in the most fashionable attire, sporting the cutest haircut, treating us to a spontaneous tune or noshing on the coolest new kids snack. Needless to say, little ones continue to be the center of our universe, where all it takes is a fun new find to make our days. I hope you enjoy some of my most recent favorites for baby.

Clothing Worth Splurging On

Whenever I’m in New York, I always make time to stop at Makie in SoHo. The pieces are gorgeous and strike the perfect balance between sophistication and youthfulness. I wish I had known about Makie when Nate and Sophie were newborns!

Room Décor Inspiration

A baby’s nursery should be visually interesting, but also soothing and serene. If you’re looking for inspiration on how to weave in pops color, patterns and a lot of homemade goodness, check out photos from Eulalie’s nursery.

Christian Louboutin of Baby Shoes

PePe shoes are nearly impossible to find, but when you do see a pair, you’ll know. They are original, playful and just plain cool. Here is my favorite from a fun European clothing boutique in New York—Gold Rabbit baby shoes!

Baby Gift Hit

I’ve been in love with Amber Hagen’s cashmere collection since Nate was born. She makes the coolest, softest cashmere blankets (and matching hoodies) that most moms would feel guilty about splurging on for themselves. That’s where you can swoop in and be a hero.
