In just a few weeks, families across the world will be exchanging red envelopes, enjoying sweet treats and feasting with friends and family in honor of the Chinese New Year. Many of us Tiny Prints staffers will be heading into San Francisco to enjoy the yearly (and ever-festive!) parade. How will you and yours be celebrating?

Does your family celebrate Chinese New Year? What are some of your favorite traditions? Were you or any of your family members born in the Year of the Rabbit? You tell us!

We brought our son home from China on Halloween, so this is our family’s first Chinese New Year! We’ll be heading to a party in our area, complete with red envelopes stuffed with lucky money. He’s an Ox like his daddy, but I’m a Rabbit, so we know it’s going to be a great year! ;)

    Sounds like fun, MDonahue!
