When I was growing up, Thanksgiving always involved turkey, a family football scrimmage and a different set of grandparents. Whether we were hopping on a plane to head east or picking them up at the airport, we almost always “switched off” between families each year. If you don’t live in the same area as your extended family, it’s probably a yearly dilemma for you, too!

How do you involve both sides of the family in the holidays? Are you hosting extended family at your house this year or heading out? What are your favorite ways to involve both sides of the family in the holidays? You tell us!
