No I will not be getting the flu shot this year. I won’t get the swine flu shot either. We need to promote a health lifestyle, proper hand washing technique, and then just sit back and let our immune systems to what they do best. We have our own built in vaccines. Sometimes science and the medical field get way too worked up instead of focusing on prevention!

I have never gotten a Flu shot I am 29 years old and in great health. I also had never had the flu until last year. After living through Influenza A I will be getting a Flu shot. The Flu is so debilitating for even a healthy person that I will not take any chance of getting that sick again.
